After checking our files we have found that there was a final certificate of occupancy issued on July 24, 1968 for the building addressed as 5960 Anna Street NE. A copy of this certificate is enclosed. The building addressed as 5980 Anna Street NE was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for the 3rd floor apartments on July 31, 1968 and a temporary certificate of occupancy for the 1 st and 2nd floor apartments on August 1, 1969. The building was approved for occupancy but the landscaping was not completed at that time. The City was not called out to conduct a final inspection of this landscaping and therefore no final certificate of occupancy was ever issued for this building. We have checked the landscaping plan that was approved with the original building plans and find that the existing landscaping is in compliance. We therefore have changed the temporary certificate of occupancy to a final certificate of occupancy. A copy of this certificate is enclosed.
