Dear Mr. Anderson:
It was confirmed by a rou�ine on-site inspection on June 27, 1979 that
the above listed renta.l property was being maintained in violation of
Chaptex 220, Residential Maintenance Code, of the Fridley City Code.
Although the genex�al condition of the property was good, the i.nspection
on the above date found the following list of deficiencies which mus� be
corrected. Any repairs or improv�nents must be completed in a worlc�nans�iip
like manner. It is the City's hope that similar or other defiaiencies in
apartments that were not inspected will be corrected as needed.
