G�iairwainan Schnabel stated that she did not tl�i.nk a good alternative was the
datached structure and Mr. Ba�klund.said •it wouZd have to be built up a bit
and.there would be a drainage problem with a detached structure. i�lrs, Gabel
asked hora much distance there is between the two stxuctures and Mr. Wiens said
he thought it �nras about 70 feet. Mr. Clark stated that Mr. Wiens has enough
land to sell a�� an 80 toot bui:ldable site. Chairwoman Schnable asked Mr. Wiens
about selling additional land. Mr. Wiens stated that he would rather Mir. Backiund
build up to the lot line than sell any additiona� land. He said he thought abou�
selling at one time but changed his mincl.,. Ch�ixwoanan Schnabel stated that, if
the, appronal is granted, it c,rc�nld have to' be a fire wall with ' no wa,ndows or doors
and the overhang contained within the property. Mr. Backlund stated that there
