BUTLDTNG PEItrQT FEE SCHEDULE
Section 2. The Inspector ot Suildinga shall, before issuiag any permit for
Che erect3on of any buildiag or structure, or for any addition to aay exist-
ing building or atruceure, or fos any alterations or repairs Co any exiating
building or s�ructure, upon application therefor, require the payment bq the
appl3cant,for auch permit of fees t0 the amount herein below set forth end
in the manner hereia provided to-wit:
2.Z. For any euch permit for the erection o.f any fire-proof building, othe�
ehan a garage, warehouse, factory or graia elevator, or for the erectioa of
any fir�-proog additionp for similar occupancy, to any exietiag building
�hall be at the rate of $1.40 for each one thousand cubic feet, os fraction
�hereof, in such cubical conCents.
2.2. For any such permit for Che erection of anq iire-proof g�rage, warehous�,
factory or gra3a elevator, or for the erection of aay fire-proaf ec�ditioa,
fo� aimilar'occupanny, to any ex3sting building shall be at the rate of $1.25
for each one Chousand cubic feet, clasaified as °1fiseproof" by Seetian 502 of
the Minneapolia Buildiag Code�-

2.3. For any such permit for the erection oi any non-fireprooi buildiug other
than a garage, warehouse, factory or grain elevator, or any noa-fireproof
additior►, for aimilar occupancq, to any euisting build3ng - permit $1.00 for
each one thous�nd cubic feet.

warehouse, factory or grain elevator, or for the erect3oa of any non-fizepr�.f
acldit�.o�a, �or simi.lar occupancy, eo aay ex3ating buildin� or for each s�ach
t��ld3ng or addition - niaety ceats ($0.90) for each oae thouaand cubic feet
or fract3on ehereof, in the cubical coneents thereof with a mini�a�m of $4.U0.
For the purpose of campueing fees for building permita, the cubical coatents
of any building or addition to a uniform be3ght throughout by mult3.plying the
ground area covered fram a posLne sis (6) inches below the floor line of the
��.sement ar cellar to the average he3ght of the upper surface or to the
averege height of the roof surface of the main gable of a p9.tched roof.
2.5. For repaira or alterations to an esisting structure, the fee aiiall be
at the rate of $3.00 per each Five Hundred Dollasa ($500.00) or frection
thereof in the coat of a11 proposed work.
2.6. In no case shall the fep,chargad �or gnp permik as set forth in
Sectioa 2 be lesA than $4_00.

SECTI�ON _2. The Inepector of Buildiags ehal.l. before iesuiug any germit for the
exectiou of any building or structure, or for any addition to anq existing buiid-
ing or structure, ot for any alterationa or repairs to anq esistiag building or
etructure, upon application therefore, require the paymeat by the spplicant for
auch permit of fees to the amount herein below eet��orth an� in the manuer hare�i..n_,

2.1. For any auch permit for the erection of any fire-�proof building,
other than a garage, warehauae, factory or grain elevator, or for the erection
of any fire-proof addition, fot aimilar oacupancy, to any existing building,
shall be at the rate of $1.40 for each one thousand cubic feet, or fraction
thereof, in euch cub�.cal contents.
2.2. For aay such permit for the erectian of any fire-proof garage,

For the purpose of computing fees for building permits, the cubical contents of any
building or addition, is determined by multiplying the ground area covered from a

For repairs or alterations to an existing.structure, the fee shall be at the rate

A Certificate of Survey of the lot, siiowing the location of the foundation once it
