Larsen: It has been brought to my attention that you have moved in and are now occupying your home Iocated at 7528 Arthur Street. � Our building inspector has re,ported to me that the one hour rated separati.on between the house and garage was not in at the time of hi,s final inspection on September 3, 1974. He also noted that the required handrails were not installed at that time either. Our plumbing inspector. Yias reported that he was unable ta get a final on the plutabing and heating and that there i� no permit for heating or gas on the furnace installation. Our electrical inspector has stated that he told you what was necessary for hi.m ta be able to final the electrical work. All of t,l�is constitutes quite a long list of City Codes that you have violated. We certa.i.nly want to cooperate with you, however it i.s nery iraportant that you take care of these items as soon as possible.
