The City of.Fridley has comple�ed�the �nstallation flf streets, water-
mai.ns and services, sanitar�r sewer ]aterals and services.and storm
._•�ewer fac�li�ie§ to service the Blomberg Es�ates Subdivision and wi11
m�intain.these facfilitles to service these properties.
The storm.sewe�^ retention po�nd lacated on Lots 17 and 18"of Bloek 2
is ta remain the property of the owners af �ihese two lots, with the
City retain�.ng a drainage easement for the ponding area. Maintenance
of tfie-structures in the po�d wili be the responsibility of the City,
while mowing o� the grass and remaving�litter wiil be the responsibi�
lity of the individua1 propet�ty owners. ,
