PAST:
Prior to building the said residence, a n.umber of variances had to be
approved by the city. One of which was that the �equirement for a
garage be tanporarily waived and completion reset for the falt of 1982.
ihis was approved.by the full council.
PRESENT:
I have put my yard in and have hauled in driveway rock on the front
70 feet of my driveway. I plan this summpr to haul in another load of
rock to lengthen the driveway. This rock is providing a sturdy base
for my driveway and a good sub-base for the eventual asphalt.
FUTURE:
To hold to the fali 1g82 deadline for completion of my garage, con-
struction is planned to begin next sun�ner (June/July, 1982j. After
the concrete garage slab is in, or shorily after the garage is completed,
I plan to pave my driveway. Elevation and drainage will have then been
determined so that the driveway can be laid in one continuous matt.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Because my driveway will have a common edge vrith my �eighbor to the
South, i will repair any da�age to fiis edge if he decides F�o pave
his driveway b�fore I do.
