time full compliance is expected. Should this defiaiency still exist, I will

writing indicating the work performed and the costs and expenses involved.
The total amount must be paid to the City within 30 days after this notice
or before the following October 1, whichever is later. If this is not done,

The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of pro oting a pleasant
and attractive suburban environment. A recent inspection of the property at 7125
Ashton Avenue revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met.
Listed below are i#ems which do not comply with the City Code:
1. Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles must be currently licensed, street
operable, and kept on a hard surface parking area if they are stored outside. I
observed an improperly parked vehicle at this location. Unlicensed vehicles are
subject to impoundment �ve (5) days from notification.
2. Fridley City Code requires that all solid waste must be kept in secured containers
stored in the side yard, rear yard, or garage. I observed openly stored refuse near
the side door and front door.
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly assist us in helping
make Fridley a better place to live. An inspection will be conducted on or shortly after
January 21, 1997, to determine compliance.

The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of promoting a pleasant
and attraetive suburban environment. A recent inspection of the property at 7125
Ashton Avenue revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met.
Listed below are items which do not comply with the City Code:
• Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles must be currently licensed, street
operable, and kept on a hard surface parking area if they are stored outside. I
observed an unlicensed vehicle that shall be removed, returned to operational
condition, or placed in a garage bv Februarv 10 1997 or it will be impounded.
• Please disco�tinue the outside storage of a rocking chair in the front yard.
• Fridley City Code requires that all solid waste must be kept in secured
containers stored in the side yard, rear yard, or garage. I observed several bags
of cans near the side door. Please remove these bags immediately.
• Please clean up the large amount of animal feces located in the front yard.
Fridley City Code requires all animal owners to maintain their property so as not
to create a nuisance or unt�ealthy condition.
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly assist us in helping
make Fridley a better place to live. An inspection will be conducted on or shortly after
February 15, 1997, to determine compliance.
