A recent inspection of the property at 7125 Ashton Avenue revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below are items which do not comply with the City Code: • Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles must be currently licensed, street operable, and kept on a hard surface parking area if they are stored outside. I observed several bags of cans near the side door. Please remove these bags immediately. • Please clean up the large amount of animal feces located in the front yard. Fridley City Code requires all animal owners to maintain their property so as not to create a nuisance or unt�ealthy condition. Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live.
