duri.ng inclement weather as well as to house goods and materials
which would otherwise cause visual pollution.
B. STATED HARDSHIP:
If a garage is required on our new home, the price will be in
excess of $37,500. We fiave applied for an MHFA Loan @6 1I2%
interest and if the total acquisition cost exceeds $37,500 the
home does not qualify for th� lpw interest and we will not qualify
to buy it. Please see attached excerpts from the MHFA manual.
