3portscoach motorhome, with expired MinnesoLa license #RV 45669, and a
white Plymouth, xith no visiDle license ylatea, on the above listed
property in a �unked, street inoperable condition.
Chapter 123 of the Fridley City Code requires thatrall vehicles in the
City be currently licensed and in a street operaDle condition. An
alternative is to store said vehicles within a building or at an approved
location, e.g. a licensed �unk yard.
Therefore, the C1ty must require you to remove said vehicles from this
property or bring them into c�pliance xith the City Codes by diaplaying
eurrent registration and putting the vehicles in a atreet operable
condition, by placing tbem xithin the confinea of a building or Dy

Dear Mr. Brickner:
On October 9, 2000, the Fridley City Council officially approved your request for a Preliminary
Plat, PS #00-02, to replat for the purpose of creating 2 single family lots, legally described as
the north 200 feet of Lot 9, Auditors Subdivision No. 129, generally located at 7440 Bacon Drive
NE.
Approval of this Preliminary Plat is contingent upon the following stipulations:
1. Petitioner shall obtain ali necessary permits prior to construction.
2. Any remaining debris from demolition of existing home and any brush piles on site shall be
removed prior to granting of final plat.
3. Grading and drainage plan to be approved by City's engineering staff prior to the issuance
of any building permits, in order to minimize impacts to the surrounding propeRies.
4. Provide proof that any existing wells or individual sewage treatment systems located on the
site are properly capped or removed.
5. During construction, silt fencing shall be used where applicable.
6. Petitioner to pay $750 per lot park fees prior to issuance of building permits.
7. Petitioner to pay all water and sewer connection fees.
8. The petitioner shall agree to preserve mature trees to the extent pbssible. All trees required
to be removed for the new homes shall be marked and approved by City staff prior to
issuance of building permits.
9. Petitioner shall provide a 12' drainage and utility easement along the westerly property line
of proposed lots 1& 2.

The Council action described above is only to approve the nreliminarv olat. You must have an
aoproved final alat arior to recording at Anoka CounN. When the final plat has been prepared
by your surveyor, a copy of the plat should be sent to the Anoka County's Surveyor's office for
review. Once that review is compieted, please submit three full size copies of the final plat to
the Community Development Department. The Community Development staff will contact you
as to which council meeting the item wili be scheduled for consideration (it will be placed under
the "consent agenda"). After Council action on the final plat, the mylars of the plat must be
submitted to the City for signature by the Mayor and City Clerk. Once signed, the plat is ready
for recording at Anoka County. The final plat must be submitted for action within six months of
approval of the preliminary plat.
