see Mr Chrietenson at the next meeting sa he has an objection to the
drain e off from the roof of the propoaed g�arage.
Mr. Don Santer was preaent to present hie requeet,
Mr. Santer explained that he wanta to build an 18 foot g�arage with a 16 foot
door and a service door in the rear, There ie 19 feet to the lot line and
the neighbor has 18 feet to the lot line so there will be 19 feet between
structurea.

Mr. Santer presented +o the Board a letter from his ajoining neighbor,
Mr. W. M, Shaxp, 7613 Bacon Drive N.E „ atating� he did not object to
Mr, Santer building the propoeed garage within 1 foot of the property
line.
MOTION by 0'Bannon to receive the letter from Mr, Sharp.
Seconded by Miniah, IIpon a voice vote, there beirsg no nays, the motion
carried unanimously,
Mr, Santer explained that he has not had the property surveyed but he
will do so if the variance looks favorable. He aleo had no plana for the
proposed garage.
Diacueaion followed covering� the overhang oi the garage and the rooF line
and the joining o£ the garage to the house.
MOTION by 0'Bannon to table the request until such time as the applicant
preaents a aurvey and a floor plan to the Building� Inspection Department,
Also the applicant will have to get exact measurementa for how many £eet
between structures and £or how ma,ny feet to the lot line the present
house is, _

Mr. Jonea p�esented a sketch o the Bo ahowing the layout o£ the golf
range and where the buildin�s 'll be ocated, He explained the soil
is good for a drivin� range and e ater ia in in this area but there
is no sewer available, so a cesspo would be provided.
Chairman Mittelstadt felt since e don have an overall plan £or this
area that this g�olf range will tart to en up thie land,
Mr. Harris felt that altho we don't have plan for thia area as yet,
the golf range would be go d for the area as would be cleaning up some
of the weed problem and would be creating so e motion in land development
