Dear Mr. Millm�:
We have completed our staff review of your variance request to place an
in-qround svrimming pool three feet off your north property line in your
rear yard.
Apparently there are s�ne plans for possible future widening of Osborne
Road and also the possibility that a bikeway eassnent may be required
along your side of Osborne Road. Therefore, it will be the City staff
re�mmendation that the Board of Appeals deny your variance request.
Accordingly, you may want to consider withdrawinq your request and asking
that your fi:ling fee be refunded, if you have any questions on this itan,
please feel free to contact our Director of Public Works, .7ohn G. Flora.
Please respond by Septpmber 9, 1981 which i:s the last day we can wait or
we must send out the hearing notices and we then could not refund your
filix�g fee.
