Dear Mr. Iarson:
At present your property at 6401 Baker Avenue does not meet the minimum
standards neoessary to maintain a pleasant and healthy suburban environment.
It is through the cxxnplianoe of the City Code that the City can attain those
values so essential for continued growth and development. The City has
established codes to control the accumulation of debris and refuse, the
storage of materials and equignent, the storage of unoperable or unlicensed
vehicles and the proper maintainance of buildings and property. While major
o�de requi renents are satisf ied at your pro�erty, the fol lowing i tems do not
oomply with tr�e perfortnanoe standards of the City oode:
1. Remwe the exaess canstruction materials fran the site or locate them in
an appraied structure in the rear or side yard.
An inspection will be conducted on or about June l, 1985 to verify that the
appropriate action has been taken to correct these deficencies. If you have

RE: First Notice of Noncompliance at 6401 Baker Avenue N.E.
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Larson:
The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of
promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent
inspection of the property at 6401 Baker Avenue N.E. revealed that
not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below
is an item which does not comply with the City Code:
1. Discontinue outside storage of cement blocks located at
northeast corner of property.
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly
assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live. An
inspection will be conducted on or about September 26, 1991, to
determine compliance.
