According to Section 106.1 of the 1994 Uniform Building Code as
adopted by the City of Fridley, no building or structure regulated
by this Code shall be erected, constructed, enlarged, altered,
repaired, moved, improved, removed, converted, or demolished unless
a separate permit for each building or structure has first been
obtained from the Building Official.
You have failed to obtain a building permit as of today's date for
the above work. As a result, a special investigation fee will now
be added to the permit, equal to the permit fee. The City of
Fridley will give you 30 days in which to comply before turning
this matter over to the City Attorney for his legal consideration.
