The City of Fridley has issued a building permit for a manufactured home
to be placed on a foundation at 6444 Baker Avenue in Fridley.
The home is manufactured by Greenwood Homes Inc., C7 eenwood Wisconsin
54437. The home was delivered with a Minnesota State seal dated April 28,
1977, manufacturers serial number GH2564 A-B-C, plan approval date of
76-15 and State seal number 7306767.
The contractors name is Mr. John Doyle, operating under the business
name of S. J. Construction, Inc., 6305 East River Road N.E., Fridley, Mn
telephone #560-2970.
The home is now setting on the foundation at 6444 Baker Avenue and it has
been determined that the two roof valleys do not meet the UBC as they do
not have the diverter rib and are not 28 gauge galvanized steel.
Our Qlumbing Inspector has informed me that the venting system cjoes not
meet the r4innesota Plumbing Code. There is no 3 i.nch vent and all sink
vents are improperly installed and they have also vented into a 2 inch
toilet vent.
Your prompt attention to this matter.will be appreciated �nd when you
make your field inspection, would you please let me know so that I can
