Dear Mr. and Mrs. Johnson: The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent inspection of the property-at 5941 Benjamin Street N.E. revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below are items which do not comply with the City Code: � 1. Discontinue cutside storage of sofa, wood, barrels, beer kegs, snowmobiles, and other assorted materials located in northeast corner of property. (Fridley Zoning Code permits boats, trailers, and stacked firewood in side or rear yard.) 2. Observed vehicle parked on grass in rear yard. Fridley City code requires that all vehicles must be currently licensed/ street operable and kept on a hard surface parking area, or stored in an enclosed structure. Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live.
