RE: First Notice of Noncompliance at 5941 Benjamin Street N.E.
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Johnson:
The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of
promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent
inspection of the property-at 5941 Benjamin Street N.E. revealed
that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed
below are items which do not comply with the City Code:
� 1. Discontinue cutside storage of sofa, wood, barrels, beer kegs,
snowmobiles, and other assorted materials located in northeast
corner of property. (Fridley Zoning Code permits boats,
trailers, and stacked firewood in side or rear yard.)
2. Observed vehicle parked on grass in rear yard. Fridley City
code requires that all vehicles must be currently licensed/
street operable and kept on a hard surface parking area, or
stored in an enclosed structure.
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly
assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live. An
inspection will be conducted on or about August 1, 1990, to
determine compliance.

The Chief Building Official sha11, before issuing perm.its for the erection of any building or

VERIFICATION OF FOUNDATION
Pernuts for construction will be issued a minimum of 24 hours from the time of application to
allow for proper review of proposed shucture and of the construction site.
A Certificaxe of Survey of the lot, showing the location of the existing foundation will be
