BUILDING PERMIT FEE SCHEDULB
SECT� IO_ IQ 2. The Iaspector of Buildings shall, before is.suing any permit for
the erection of any building or strucCure, or for any addition to any existing
building or structure, or for any al,tex�.tione or repairs to any existing
building or structure, upon agplicatiori therefore, require the payment by the
applicent for such permit of fees to the amount herein below set forth and in
the manner herein provided to-wit; �
2.1. For any such permit for the erection of ahy fire-proof building,
other than a garage, warehou�e, factory or grain elevator, or for the erection
of any fire-proof addition, for similar occupancy, to any existing building,
shall be at the rate of �1.4Q for each one thousand cubic f.eet, or fracCion
thereof, in such cubical contents.
2.2 For any such.permit for the erection of any fire-proof garage,
warehouse, factory or grain elevator, Qr for the erecCion of e�y fire�proof
addition, for similar occupancy, to any existing building shall be at the �
rate of $1.25 For each one thousand cubic feeC, classified as '�fireproof"
by Section 502 of the Minneapolis Building Code. .
HOIISES
2.3. For any such permit for the erection-of any non-fireproof
building, other than a garage, warehouse, factory or grain elevator, or
any non-fireproof add3.tion, for similar occupancy, to aay existing bui�.ding -
permit $1.00 for each one thousand cubic feet.
GARAGES
2,4. For any such permit for the erection of any non-fireproof garage,
warehouse, factary or,gxain elevator, o� for the erection of any non-fire•proof
addition, for similar occupancy, to any existing buildiag or for each such
building or addition - nin�ty cents ($0�90) for each one thous.and cubic fe�t
or fraction thereof, in Ehe cubical contents thereof with the minimum of $4,00.
For the purpose of computing £ees for building permits, the cubical contents
of any building or addition to a uniform height throughout by mult�plying the
ground area covered from a point six (6) inches below the fkoor line of t�ie
basement or cellar to the average h�fght of the upger surfawe or to the average
height of the roof surface of tihe main gable of a pitched ro.of.
2.5. For repairs'or alterations to an existing structure, the fee.ehall
be at the rate of $3.00 per each Five H�1ndr2d Dollars ($S UO.Gt�) ar fraction.

The Chief Building Official shall, before issuing permits for the erection of any building or
structure, or for any addition to any existing building or structure, or for any alteration or repair
to any existing building or structure, upon application therefore, require the payment by the
applicant for such permit of fees to the amount herein below set forth and in the manner herein

VERIFICATION OF FOUNDATION
