A mechanical permit was issued on November 24, 1999 for the installation of a gas
water heater at your property. According to Section 305(a) of the 1991 Uniform
Mechanical Code a final inspection shall be perFormed on the mechanical permit. In
checking our old records it was noted that no inspection was called for.
You will be given thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice to respond. If we do not
hear from you, your permit will expire and any inspections on this installation will require
a new permit.
