As per our telephone conversation today I am forwarding you this letter requesting a permit fee
back that we paid to the City of Fridley in the amount of $115.74. We replaced a patio door,
entry door and storm door at the above address and I now understand that a permit is not
required for door replacement. Our permit request said window replacement in error.
Please refund the $115.74 at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your time and attention to
this matter.
