ADD MONTHS TO THE SEASON OF
YOUR PARKS AND CAMPS (AND GET
A LOT MORE OUT OF YOUR BUILD-
ING INVESTMENT) Now Cedar Forest
Products Company offers "convertibles" in
all linear, octagon and hexagon shelters it
sells. Here is maximum economy in park and
camp structures when you need to respond
to the growing trend of longer seasonal uses.
In a jiffy you can convert a CFP open shelter
into a partially or wholly enclosed structure
with our WEATHERBEATER panels. They
come plain, or with a selection of windows
or doors, even an overhead door for easy
storage of park equipment. If you already
own one or more of these CFP shelters, the
panels can be retrofitted forthem. When you
want morethan an open shelter, but lessthan
a permanently-walled building, CFP has the
ideal answer to meet those needs.

DESIGNEI 'O LAST N4TUAI.LY, BEAUTIF.JLLY
Every building CFP produces is planned to the purchaser's
specifications and requirements, right down to the location of
electrical outlets. All of our hundreds of relatively standard-
ized buildings — only a representative few of which are des-
cribed here — can be modified in any desirable or preferred
manner.
The common denominator of walled CFP buildings isfound
in the wall construction — a 5 x 8 western red cedar timber.
It is five-part laminated, and bonded for high dimensional
stability and complete assurance against check leaks. The wood
is kiln-dried to maximum of 12% moisture.
While no painting or other finishes are needed for clecades
of low matntenance service, western red cedar provides ari
excellent base for painting should that be desired.
All CFP buildings are pre-cut at our plant in Polo, Illinois.
Wall components are pre-assembled to assure perfect flt, and
are then dismantled and delivered to the construction site.
Many can 6e constructed from accompanying detailed
assembly plans with ordinary tools and skills; or CFP can
provide all needed supervision and contracting services.
