SECTION 2. The Inspector of Buildings shall, before issuing permits for the
erection of any building of �tructure, or for any addition to any existing
building;or structure, or for any�alteration or repairs to any existing building
or structure, upon application therefore, require the payment by the applicant
for such permit of fees to the amount herein belota set forth and in trie manner
herein provided to-wit;

fraction thereof, in such cubical contents. Type 3& 5-$1.50 for each
one thousand cubic feet.

The City of Fridley has established a City Code for #he purpose of promoting a pleasant
and attractive suburban environment. A recent inspection of the property at 8270 Broad
Street revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below are
items which do not comply with the City Code:
1. Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles must be currer�tly licensed, street
operable, and kept on a hard surface parking area if they are siored outside. I
observed an improperly parked vehicle parked at #his location.
2. Please discontinue any curb alteration and contact the Public Works Department
for proper curb permitting and removal. The Public Works Department number is
572-3566. •
Your prompt att�ntion in correeting this situation would greatly assist us in helping make
Fridley a better place to live. An inspection will be condu�ted on or shortly after
September 24, 199fi, to determine compliance.

Dear Ms. Pointon & Mr. Cherney:
The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of
promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent
inspection of the property at 8270 Broad Avenue N.E. revealed that
not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below is
an item which does not comply with the City Code:
1. Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles must be currently
licensed/street operable and kept on a hardsurface parking
area if they are stored outside. I observed a grey Horizon,
blue van and tan Daytona located on your property that do not
meet these requirements.
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly
assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live. An
inspection will be conducted on or shortly after August 15, 1995 to
determine compliance.
