structures to reduce exposure to conflagration of fire. It is
also to allaw for aesthetically pleasing open areas around
residential structures.

Co�a:i.ssion on November 10, 1980 but the addition was not
.constructed and the variance became void for nor�use.
The olvnensions of this property are 110 feet by 110 feet and
locatecl on the corner of Broaci Avenue ar�d Jane�ville Street.
The house faces Broad Avenue so that is considered the front
yard. The existing house is located 5.8 feet fram the side
lot line (north) and 15.5 feet from the front lot line (east).
