Not only is this good engineering practice, but it provides service for all parcels annexed along the river at one time. If the sewer and water extensions stop at the south line of Lot 16, Auditors Subdivision No. 103, which is the end of the Riverview Terrace right-of-way and the old boundary for the City, th.en a future extension will be required in the easement across Lot 16, Auditors Subdivision 103 when Mr. Seidel's septic system fails or he choases to connect to City tttilities. A future extension has the cost of a whole project as opposed to the cost associated with extra lengths of pipe and will disrupt tne yard, landscaping, and possibly the driveway for the new residents of Lots 14-16, Riverview Heights.
