A final building inspection was conducted on March 16, 1987 of the above
address and the following items were noted which must be completed before
the stxucture can be �inaled:
1. Provide City with copy oi verifying survey by April l, 1987.
2. Adjust threshold on front door by April 1, 1987.
3. Provide permanent frost footings for the deck by May 15, 1987.
4. Provide a front step and walk by May 15, 19F37.
