A plumbing final was conducted on June 21, 2000 for the gas water heater installed at your
address. This inspection noted the following items that needed to be corrected before the permit
could be finaled;
1. The backflow pipe must be a maximum 18 inches off the floor.
2. Size the existing vent flue per the GAMA tables.
3. Turn the water meter so that it is level.
A final reinspection needs to be conducted to determine compliance with the State Plumbing
Code. If these corrections have been completed, please contact us within thirty (30) days from
receipt of this letter to set up the final inspection. Please contact your contractor if these items
have not been corrected.
