Dear Mr. Major: A mechanical pernut was issued on November 13, 2001 to install a furnace at your address. The fmal inspection conducted on November 21, 2001 noted the following correction: Fire stop where common vent passes through the floor. We need to reinspect to verify the correction was completed.
