Holden, Building Inspection Officer MEMO DATE: December 3, 1976 REGARDING: 1561 Camelot Lane N.E. Footing Inspection Cretewood, Incorporated placed the footings at 1561 Camelot Lane for Mr. Thomas Brickner. Before the forms were set, I stopped by to ask if compaction tests had been taken. The crew said they hadn't been taken and the tests would be ordered. Apparently the tests fa.iled as they removed the forms and recompacted. Shortly thereafter I noted the footings had been poured, but no inspection had been called for or approved. Cretewood Inc. has been very reliable in their work in this area in the past and so has Mr. Thomas Brickner the general contractor. As indicated, one (1) skimmer approved by the National Sanitation Foundation xill be provided. 2. The filter and pump shall be approved by the N.S.F. and be of sufficient capacity to provide a minimum turnover of at least t�►o (2) times in 24 hours. This department recommends a turnover rate of 6- 8 hours. 5.
