Addition, in order for Lot 5 to obtain 20 feet of rear property and

A- That part of Lot 5, Biock 3, Shor�wood Addition, �ying
Southwesterly of the following described line: beginning at a

of the Southwest corner thereof; thenc� Northwesteriy to a point
