Dear Mr. Vo].l�tan:
This is in reply to your letters regarding the fence that Mr. Duane Otterness
inGtalled on the southernly border of our properties.
We bc�th understand that there is a five foot easement on Mr. Otterness's
Property as well as a fifteen foot easement on the Mr. & Mrs. Alvin W�ber's
property for maintaining the city sewer which runs al,ong the property.
Both of us (Mr. Otterness and Mr. & Mrs. Alvin Weber), give the City of
Fridley permission to take down the fence if a situaiion arises where you
need to reach the sewer with city equi�xnent and excavation is necessary.
For general maintenance of the sewer line Mr. & Mrs. Alvin Weber give the
City of Fridley permission to gain access fr�n their side of the fence.
It is also our understanding that the city will leave the property in the
same condition that it was in before any access to the sew�r was made.
