We have both strived to maintain our buildings in good condition and intend to ?ully comply with the Code. Driveway repairs have been completed and we are now considering a suitab].e solution for the refuse container screen. `Ne have viewed refuse containers of other buildings in our area and have not found a suitable type which we feel would meet the code yet render the con- tainers useable and accessible. (Apparently many other owners are also in violation of the Code) Do you have any plans or sketches for approved screens which would suit our needs? Or can you suggest examples of approved types which would leave the container accessible? Our container presently sits on a bituminous baseand is easily accessible to the hauler. We would like to provide an enclosure which does not restrict his (or our tenants') accessibility. Wa are eager to comply with the Code and pledge our full cooperation in this matter.
