It was cantirmed by a rout�a.ne on-site i.nspection on March 6, 1981 that
the abave li.sted rental property was being maintained in violata.on of
Chapter 220, Residential Nlaintenance Code, of the Fridley City Code.
The inspection on the above date found the following deficiency which
must be carrected. Any repairs or improvements must be completed.in a
workmanship like manner. It is the City's hope that any de£icien�ies in
apartments that were not inspected v�zill be corrected as needed.

Provi:de and maintain a screened enclosure to conceal the refuse
container from view.
A reinspection will be conducted on or about April 13, 1981 to detexm3.ne
cmnpliance. We are confident in your cooperation on this matter and if

1. General Requirements
A. All screening must be approved by the Building Board.
B. Ali screening within 30 feet of all driveways and street intersectians shait not be over 36 inches in height
above the curb or center line of the street.
G. All screening shaii be maintained adequately for the purpose it was originally intertded for on the
app��ved pians.
Parking Facilities
ParkMg hetween the building and street must be scireened from the street by a hedge, solid fence or closely
grown plant��g strip, at ieasi 36 Inches in height.
3. Loading FaciUties ^
Loading in the side yard must l� sc.�eened from view from the public street by a pia�ted strlp or a 6 foot fence
of substantial construction approved by the Building Board.
4. Garbage Storage
Garbage receptacles or incinerators must � in either the rear or side yard and must be screened from public
view bv a 6 foot anproved fence.
