SECTION 2. The Inspector of Buildin�a sha.11, before isauing permits
for the erection of any buildin� or structure, or for any addition to any
existi.ng atructure or buiTding,.or for any alteration or repairs to any
existing buildi.ng or structure, upon application therefore, require the
pa.yment by the applicant for such permit of fees to the amount herein
below aet forth and in the ma.nner herein provided to-wit:
IIniform Buildi.ng Codes Type 1, 2, & 4-$1e75 for each one tY�oueand
cubic feet, or fraction thereof, in such cubical c.�ntenta. Type 3& 5-
�1e50 for each one thousand cubic feete
For the purpose of computizr� fees for buildi.ng permita, the cubical
cz�ntente of any 'building ��Y�-addition to a uniform heigh�t �thraughout �by
multiplying the ground area covered from a point aiu (6) inchea below
the floor line of the basement or the cellax to the average height.of
the upper surface or to the avera.�e hei�ht of the roof surface of the
ma.in gable of a pitched roof.
For repaira or alterationa to an existing structure, the fee shall be
at the rate of $3.00 per each iive hundred dollara ($500.00) or
fraction thereof i.n the cost of all propoaed work.
In no case shall the fee char�ed for any permit as aet forth in Section
2 be less than $5.00.

remoce Lhe building as a�vhole or substantially as a whole, or Uy accompliehing such wrecking, diamantling, and removal by such other meane as ft elects. �

For the purpose of computing fees for bui.ldi.ng permits, the cubical contents of any
building or addition, is determi.ned by multiplying the ground area covered from a
point six (6) inches belaw the floor line of the basement or th� cellar to the
average heights of the upper surface or to the average height of the roof surface
of the main gable of a pitched roof. '
For repairs or alterations to an existing structure, the fee shall be at the rate
o� $3.00 per each five hundred dollars-($500.00} or fraction thereof in the cost
of all proposed work. �
Yn•no case shall the fee charged for any permit as set forth in Secti.on 2 be less
�i�an $7.50 plus $.50 state surcharge.

The Chief Building Official shall, before issuing permits for the erection of any building or structure, or for any
addition to any existing building or structure, or for any alteration or repair to any existing building or structure,
upon application therefore, require the payment by the applicant for such permit of fees to the amount herein

VERIFICATION OF FOUNDATION
Permits for construcrion will be issued a minimum of 24 hours from the time of application to allow for proper
review of the proposed structure and of the construction site.
A Certificate of Survey of the lot, showing the location of the foundation once it has it has been constructed will
