Mancuso 7561 Central Avenue N.E. Fridley, Mn. 55432 Re: Junked Street Inoperable Vehicle Stored at 7561 Central Avenue N.E. Dear Mr. Mancuso: It was confirmed by an on site inspection on December 7, 1976 that you were maintaining a 1967 Chevrolet, license #MK 6989, on the above listed property in a street inoperable condition. Chapter 123 of the Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles in the City be currently licensed and in a street operable condition. 31n alternative is to store said vehicles within a building or at an approved location, e.g. a licensed junk yard. Therefore, the City must require you to remove said vehicle from your property or bring it into compliance with the City Codes by either licensing and putting the vehicle in a street operable condition, placing it within the confines of a building, or removing it to an approved location. A reinspection will be conducted on or about ten (10) days from the date of this letter to determine compliance. We are confident in your cooperation and desire to make Fridley a better community to live in. Dear Mr. and Mrs. Mancuso: The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent inspection of the property at 7561 Central Avenue revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below are items which do not comply with the City Code: 1. Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles must be currently licensed/street operable and kept on a hard surface parking area if they are stored outside. I observed a vehicle located along the north side of the house (RV17227) and three vehicles located south of the driveway which do not fully meet these requirements. 2.
