BUILDZNG PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE
Section 2. The Inspector of Bui�dings shall, before issuing any permit for
th� erect3on of aay building or structure, or for any addition to aay exise-
inu bui.lding or strucCure, or fer any alteratfons or repairs to any e�istcing
building or stcructure, upoa agplication therefos, requira the paymen� by �he
applicant for such permit of fees �� tlne aanount herein below set forth and
in �he maaner herein provided ta-wit:
2.1. For any auch permit for �he erection o,� any fire-proof building, other
�han a�ara�e� warehouae, factory or gsain alevator, or for the erect�on of
any fire-proof addition, for similar occupaacy, to any existing buildiri�
ahall be at the rate of $1.40 for each,one thousand cubic feet, or �rac�io�
�hereof, in such cubical contenta. '
2.2. For any such.permit for the erectioa� of any fire=proof garage, warehouse,
factory or grain elevator, or for the erection of any fire-proaf addition,
�or similar occupancy, to any exist3ng building shaZl be at the rate of �1.25
for each one thousand cubic feet, clas�ified as °'fireproof" by Section 502 of
the Mi�neepolis Building Code.

addition, for similar occupancy, to any existing building - permit $1.00 for
each one thousand cubic feet.

ava�age height of the roof surface of the main gable of a p�.tched roof.
2.5. For repairs or altesations to an exisrcing structure, the fee sha.11 be
at iche rate of $3.00 per each Five Sundred Dollars ($500.,00} or frection
th�:reof in the cost of all progased work.
2.6. In no case shall the fee char�ed for ,auy permd.t as set forth in

On July 15, 1987 it was oonf irmed b� an orrsite inspection that the property
at 6500 Charu�el Raad N.E. does not meet the minimun standards necessary to
m,aintain a gleasant and prosperous suburban errvironment. While major code
requirenents are satisfied, the follvwing item does not comply with the
perf ormanoe standarc� of the City Qode :
1. An ob�truction due to the graath of vegetation between the driveways.
City Code requires that the vegetation within 10 feet of a driveway
acoess not exoeed 30 inches. Please renwe all vegetation exceeding 30
inches in this area, except for the large oak trees.
Your i�diate action to oorrect this situation would be a great improvement
for your property and the entire v�mmtmity as well. An inspection will be
conducted on or about July 27, 1987 to det�rmine oomplianoe.
