Section 2_ �he Inspector of Buildinga shall, before issui�ag any pe�mit for
s_hF erect�.o�a of any building or structure, orc for any add�.tion �a any �x�.sg-
ir.� bu3.lding or structure, or for any alterations or repai�°a to any e�iE�in�
build�n� or scructure, upon agplication therefor, require the paymen� by th�
applicant for such permit of feea t� the amounC herein below set fosth an�
in �he manner herein provided to-wit:
Z.1. For any such permit for �the esection of any fire-proof building, othes
th?�� a garage! warehouse, factory ar grain elevator, or for the erection of
any fire-proof addiCion, for sita�Llar occupancy, to any exiating buildi�.p
shall be at th.e rate of $1.40 fox each one thousand cubic feet, os fraGe�.�n
ti±ereof, in such cubical contents.
2.2. For any such permit for �Lhe erection of any fire-proof garage, warehauses
3'actory or grain elevator, or for the erection of any fire-proaf �ditiaz�,
for simil�.r occupancy, to any'existing building shall be at the r�te of �1.25
f.or each oae thousand cubic feet, cl�ssified as °tfireproof" by Sectioa 502 of
the Mi�neagolis Building Code.

each one thousand cubic feet.

For the purposa of compu�ing fees for building permits, the cubical contents

average height of the roof surface of the main gable of a g�.tched roof.
Z.S. For repaixs or alterations to an existing structure, the fee sha11 be
a* the rate o£ $3.00 per each Five Sundred Dollars ($500.00) or fraction
thereof in the cost of all proposed work.
2.6. In no case shall the fee chargQd for any permit �s eet forth in

our. letter of May 23; 1978 had been. met. We noted during this inspecti.on
that the two items to be corrected; the sagging patio door and the

campleted.
We again request you to complete thi.s corrective work by June 16, I978,
when another inspection will be made to determine compliance.
Failure to correct the above items by the scheduled date may result in
