This, however, would not be reco�nended due to the �Po9raPhical characteristics of the lar�d. The parking lot contains large Oak trees which disrupt the configuration of the parking stalls. In my apini�, the minun�n ram�ber of p�arking spaces which cauld be available is 45. ��e P�tY owr�er did decide to restripe his parking lot, the following variances would be r�eeded: • 1• ��e the required parking stall size fram 10'x 18' to 9' x 18'. 2• Re�ce the hardsurface setback from a side lot line from 5 feet to 0 feet. � • 3. Reduce the hardsurface setback frnai a building fr�an 5 feet to 0 feet. 4. Reduce the required rnunber of parking stalls from 47 to 45. I would like to parking restriction in front of my buildings changed to allow parking during the day and early evening hours. The property immediately to the Sauth of my property does not ha,ve any restriction at all. I am installing a new security system in both buildin�s and visitors will need to go to the front doors of the buildings in order to be let in by the resident.
