We Were requested to make a final inspection of the new garage and
other home improvement made at 6610 Channel Road N.E.
On November 22, 1983, the inspection Was made and it Was noted that
the following items �ere ineomplete or unsatisfactory: ����

1. The door betWeen the house and ner� garage must be a fire door.
2. The roof and siding are incomplete; be sure to flash over the
uindoxs and doors.
3. Install a beam (2 - 2 x 8's) over the post and under the new
overhang on both the aest and south portions.
4. The painting is incomplete; be sure to paint joints on overhead
garage door.

We were requested to reinspect Mrs. Snow's improv�nents at 6619 Channel Road
N.E. Z'he project was inspected on April 5, 1984 and it was noted that the
following itens were incomplete or unsatisfactory:
1. Paint the overhead door, including the joints.
2. Co�nplete the roofing on the canopy over walk.
3. Plug small opening between garage foundation and house on the front of
the garage.
4. Repai.r new garage roof at ridge where it meets the house roof.
5. Replace the missing roof sheathing where the electric service was. �
6. Repair the alinninum covering on soffit, near post closest to garage.
