As a single family dwelling in an R 1 district there are two specific require,ments in relation to who can inhabit and maintain residency. They are: 1. The rental of guest rooms to not more than two persons per dwelling is allowed. 2. Not more than five unrelated p�ple can r�ide at a single family home.
