Please be advised the City of Fridley does not have any objections, nor does the County, to their realigning the driveway opening to Ci�arles Street. The City will, in fact, remove the existing bituminous curbing which would allow the property owner to proceed with construction of a new driueway. It should be pointed out however, neither the County nor tFte City will become involved with construction of a driveway on private property. In summary, the driveway opening can be changed to locate wherever � the property owner wants it. If you, or the resident have any further questions, please contact my office.
