Although the general condition of the property was good, the inspection on the above date found the following list of deficiencies which must be corrected. Any repairs or improvements must be cca�►pleted in a worlananship like manner. It is i:he City's hope that similar or other deficiencies in apartrcents that were not inspected will be corrected as needed.
