The addresses involved are: 121 Christenson Court NE, 128 Christenson Court NE, 130 Christenson Court NE, 133 Christenson Court NE, 135 Christenson Court NE, 137 Christenson Court NE, 140 Christenson Court NE, 141 Christenson Court NE, 145 Christenson Court NE, and 147 Christenson Court NE. Each building permit has the park fee paid noted in the stipulation section.
