According to Section 106.1 of the 1994 Uniform Building Code as
adopted by the City of Fridley, no building or structure regulated
by this Code shall be erected, conatructed, enlarged, altered,
repaired, moved,'improved, removed, converted, or demolished unleas
a separate permit for each building or structure has first been
obtained from the Building Official.
You have been notified of your need to obtain a building permit and
have failed to comply as of today's date. As a result, a special
investigation fee will now be added to the permit, equal to the
