Re: Park Fee Shortages for Issued Building Permits

In checking ouar files we discovered that on 10 building permits
issued in Christenson Crossing, you were charged a$350.00 park fee
instead of the requa.red $375.00 park fee which was a stipulation of
the plat approval, resulting in a total amount due of $250.00.
The addresses involved are: 121 Christenson Court NE, 128
Christenson Court NE, 130 Christenson Court NE, 133 Christenson
Court NE, 135 Christenson Court NE, 137 Christer�son Court NE, 140
Christenson Court NE, 141 Christenson Court NE, 145 Christenson
