When a building permit is issued for a commercial, industrial or a multiple dwe�ling residential project which requu
outside improvements,a Performance Bond or a Letter mf Credit shall be submitted to the City, The bond will cov
all outside improvements, including but not limited ta landscaping� ir�gation, curbing, blacktopping, screeni.ng fence
lighting, and storm drainage systems, .
Calculation of bond amounts will be determi.ned by tiie building pe�t values. The bond amount will be 3% of t
