2.1. For a� such permi:t for the erection of any fire-proof build3ag, other thsa
a garage, warehouse, faci,o�r or gra.3x� elevator, or for the erection of an� fire-
proof a.ddition, £or aim3lar occupancg, to any existing bu3.ld3n� ahell be at the
