SECTION 2. The Inapector of Buildinge ahall, before issui.n� germits
for the erection of any building or structure, or for any addition to any
existing structure or building,.or for any alteration or repairs to ariy
existing building or structure, upo.n application therefore, require the
payment by the applicant for such permit of fees to the amount hezein
below set forth and in the manxler herein provided to-wit:
IIniform Buildin� Codea Type 1, 2y & 4-�1a75 for each one thousand
cubic feet, or fraction thereof, in auch cubical c.z�ntents. Type 3& 5-
$1e50 for each one thousand cubic feete �
For'the purpose of computirrg fees for building permits, the cubical
contente of any •building'ag�addition to a uniform heigtrt �thr�ughout �by
multiplying the ground area covered from a point six (6) i.xichea below
the floor line of the basement or the cellar to the average height.of
the upper aurface or to the avera.ge height of the roof surfaee � o,f tYie
main gsble of a pitched roof.
For repairs or alterationa to an e�cisting structure, the fee shall be
at the rate of $3.00 per each iive hundred dollare (�500.00) or
fraction thereof in the cost of all proposed work.
In no case shall the �ee char$ed for any permit as set forth in Section
2 be les"s than $5.00.

This permit becomes null and void if work or constntction
authorized is not comtnenced witin 60 days or if construction
or work is suspended or abandoned for a period of 120 days
at any time after work is commenced.
I hereby certify that I have read and examined this
application and laiow the same to be true and correct. All
provisions of laws and ordinances governing this type of wor�
will be complied with whether specified herein or not. The
granting of a permit does not presume to give authority to
violate or cancel the provisions of any other state or local law
regulating conshuction or the performance of construction.
