SECTION 2. The Inspector of Buildings shall, before issuing permits for the
erection of any building or structure, or for any addition to any existing
building or structurea or for any alteration or rQpairs to any �i�ti��

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For the purpose of computing fees for building pe�its, the cubical contents
of any building or addition, is determined by multiplying the �round �rea
covered from a point six (6) fnches below the floo�e lin� of the basement
o� th� cellar to the av�x��� �ei�hts of th� uppeg §uxface or to ttae average
h��ght of �he roof �ca����e o� tta� m�in gab1� of ��itcta�d rouf.
For repairs or alteratiuns to an esi�Lrin� st�ucture, �he fee shall be atc the
rate of $3.00 per each five hundred dolla�s ($500.00) or fraction thereof in
the cost of all proposed work.
In no case shall the fee charged for any permit as set forth in Section 2 be
less than $5.00.
VERIFICATION OF FOUNDAI'ION
NOTE: Permits for construction will be issued a minimum of 24 hours from the
time of application, to allow for proper review of the proposed structure a,nd
of the construction site.
A Certified Survey of the lot, showing the location of the foundation, once it
has been constructed, will be required before proceeding with the framing.
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
Application for a Certificate of Occupancy shall be ma.de ten (10) da.ys prior
to the use or occupancy of a�y structure for which a building permit has been
issued; and said structure shall not lse used o� occupied until a Certiticate
of Occupancy has been issued.

This summer, dirt material was placed without a°Land Alteration Permit° fi-om the City on 6578 Clover
Place. 1 am sending this notice to the 6568, 6578 and 6588 properties on Clover Place.
City Code requires a permit and a grading plan to review current drainage patterns. Please remove ALL
material and restore the disturbed area to prevent erosion onto adjacent properties and the City's storm
sewer.
If the work is not completed by December 1, 2005, the issue will be tumed over to the Code
Enforcement office for resolution. Code Enforcement has the authority to write citations.
In 5 years with the City, 1 have always been able to resolve land disturbance issues with properly owners
without citations. If you cannot meet the deadline, please call me to discuss the matter at 763-572-
