City Code requires a permit and a grading plan to review current drainage patterns. Please remove ALL material and restore the disturbed area to prevent erosion onto adjacent properties and the City's storm sewer. If the work is not completed by December 1, 2005, the issue will be tumed over to the Code Enforcement office for resolution. Code Enforcement has the authority to write citations. In 5 years with the City, 1 have always been able to resolve land disturbance issues with properly owners without citations.
