Sectioa 2. The InapecCor of Buildin�s shall, before issuing any permit f�r
ehe ezection of aay building or structure, or for any addition to any exist-
iag building or structure, or for any alterat3ons or repaira to any e�ia�ing
buiiding or st�ructure, upon application therefor, req�ire the payrmen� by the
agpl3�cant for such permit of feea te the amouat herein below set forth �nd
in tixe manner herein provided to-wit:
Z.1. For aay such permit for the erectioa o.f any fire-proof building, ot�e�
than a garage� warehouse, factory or grain elevator, or for the erectioa of
any fire-proof addition, for simi.lar occupaacy, to any exiating build3ng
ahall be at the rate of $�,.40 for each one thous�nd cubic feet, or fractioa
Ghereof, in such cubical coatents.
2.2. For �ny auch permit for the erection of any f3re-proof g�rage� warehouse,
factory or grain efevator, or for the erection of any fire-proof edditioa,
�o� similar occupancy, tc! any exiating building shall be at the rate oi $1.25
for each one thousand cubie feet, claseified as °1fireprbof" bq Section 502 of

VERIFICATION OF FOUNDATION
Permits for construction will be issued a minimum of 24 hours from the time of application to allow for proper
review of the proposed structure and of the construction site.
A Certificate of Survey of the lot, showing the location of the foundation once it has it has been constructed
will be required before proceeding with the framing.
