Dear Mr. Erickson:
On November 14, 1991, I made a final inspection of the heating installation you made
at 7415 Concerto Curve. At tha.t time I called your office and notified you that a saddle
had been cut into a class B vent. This is not permitted by Code and must be changed
as this changes the clearance of the class B vent from one inch to six inches which is
the same requirement for a single wall vent.
Perha:ps this slipped your attention but must be taken care of as soon as possible or
before February 1, 1992.
