The property owner has installed a screening fence adjacent to East River Road. The f�nce is 5 1/2 feet high with the nearest point to Craigway being 37 feet. The screening fence does meet the 25 foot open unobstructed requirement of 45.154 (3), howevex still poses a problem because of the narrow boulevard and curve on East River Road.
